We had a successful project of restoring and selling the property. Teresa guided us on what things needed to be restored in order to make the property marketable and monitored our progress, giving us valuable feedback along the way. Teresa advised us as to what would be important to fix and helped us avoid unnecesary expenses. We are from out of town and had few local contacts, so Teresa helped us find contractors and other services that we needed to hire. Finally, she held an open house when we were ready to sell the house and had 4 offers on the first day. The winning offer was nearly $30K over our asking price.
